So assuming I use the "More Currencies" route and use the actual Shop function on an Event. Would putting skills up as shop items be viable for me? I would need it to function as a skill shop. Meaning, different for different classes or actors.

I managed to get the Learn Skill option to appear and disappear at will when entering and exiting the event, but is there a way I can make it so Skill -> Learn Skill -> are the (or some of the) only options shown? Such as the way I was able to hide/disable the Learn Skills option, but with other menu options? (Temporarily of course)

To the first you will need shopmenucore and more currency from yanfly and there you could go for skill books to purchase
Or you use my second suggestion.

To the second basically its my second idea for your right?

You want to show skill learn inserted in skill or whats your question?

Okay, I just got "SceneManager.push(Scene_LearnSkill)" to work. It takes me right to where the Learn Skills are. The problem is that I can't switch between party memeber's menus. I have to back out and change formation to do it for the next guy. Which is why I was trying to just take it to the Main Menu, where I can choose characters through the skill menu without backing out, BUT with ONLY the "Skills" option of the menu present. (Knowing how to hide Menu options would help me here.)

With this plugincommand, you can get access to a specific character.
PLugincommands
OpenLearnSkill actor x
Opens Learn Skill menu for actor x.

OpenLearnSkill party x
Opens Learn Skill menu for party member x.

SceneManager.push(Scene_LearnSkill) is the direct scriptcall you, you need first this.commandPersonal.bind(this) to select your character if i am not wrong. you can also use this in yanflys menu manager to have a learn skill direct in your menu command (you can disable it in the plugin parameters)

I ask again, what do want to do? When you just need a shop i would recommend the choice command to use and set 4 choices (for 4 actors) and in every choice you go for the plugin commands i posted in the front

I hope this helps

From the beginning: My goal is to create an event. When accessed you say Yes or No. Saying Yes, results in you opening a Learn Skill menu where you can spend Job Points to purchase skills. In this menu I would like the only options available to select be the ones of the topic. (So no "Formation or Options or any of those) and to have the ability to seamlessly swap characters IN this menu, to buy skills for everyone, one at a time in an easy manor. I think we're approaching a solution, though. Having a direct access to the Learn Skill menu would have been perfect IF I could just press the side arrows or something to switch who's I'm looking at. Or even better: If I could select the character FIRST to access THEIR Learn Skills menu so I can see everyone in my part first..

Okay, i need to be home to check this.

But i guess the eval " this.commandPersonal.bind(this) "let you choose a character and " SceneManager.push(Scene_LearnSkill) "after that will open it for that specific character. You tried this already?

Have you the yanfly skill core installed? Because this gives you the oppurtunity to switch character via side arrows, but i am not sure :)

What's the second one for? Also, in that plugin, what code should I use to make the Page Up and Page Down become the side arrow keys in the menu?

(Edit): I figured it out! The arrow keys work now! :) Thanks for your help. If I need any more help I'll come back here.
