DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A TUTORIAL, SIMPLY A REQUEST FOR ONE.

    Anyway, I need help.
Say I wanted to use this crappy sprite as a portrait.

How would I do that without it being super small or just plain not working?

'Tutorials' is where people who have made a tutorial can post them.

I've moved this thread to Resource Support. Please be sure to post your threads in the correct forum next time. Thank you.

Open up one of the RTP face portraits in an image editor, Erase one of the portraits there (You can make it easier on yourself by setting up grids. I believe the measurements are 144x144), and copy-paste your image in the other picture's place.

@BlueClaw If you want, you can have a single face image if you prepend '$' to the file name (e.g. - $myface.png). But yes, the size of each face should be 144x144 pixels.
