I need help with music

Can someone help me. I have some music that I want in my game. I have an m4a and an ogg of that music in the bgm folder but they won't show up in RPG Maker MV. Is there a size limit? If so, please tell me.

Ogg should show up. Yes it cannot be a huge file, or it cannot play due to extreme lag it may cause.

Have you tried closing and restarting MV?
