I need help with states

I want to make a state subtract 5 defense from an enemy instead of multiplying it by a percent.

It's probably been done before by someone else, but... I made this exact plugin not too long ago. If you want to use it, feel free; commercial games are fine, and no credit required (but don't remove me from the author tag in the plugin file).
