Hello,
11 Days ago (Since I was post this message) I was purchased the RPG Maker MV with one nice Bundle and I would like to activate it.
The Bundle had 3 Programs:
RPG Maker MV
MADO - Window Builder
SAKAN - Tileset Builder
In my account in download area I have all Product Keys they needed to activate my programs.
Usually you put the email of the registration and the product key in the form which appears when the program begins for the first time. When I am putting my product keys I receive an error "Resource Not Found" and then the program is not activates. The form clears and is like something a missing html webpage.
In the activation form there is and an option to activate the program offline. Which a special unlock key is needed.
I sent a support ticket to tech support department couple of times with the information needed and usually you will answer in 3 business days.
But for now after 11 days no one answer me and I still have my programs not activated.
Would you like please to help me how to activate my programs because the tech department haven't seen my support tickets.
