ICF-Soft Actors Core - Develop thread

After some days thinking about what next core plugin should I do, I decided to make an actors core.


Planned features will have:

• Subtraits level based.
  
• Custom subtraits conditions.
  
• Level-up events (and javascript).
  

Also I want to ask what features do you think it will need.
