Icon Set

Please tell me someone is able to make an icon set like this one:

That was a good one for VX Ace. The base icon set we get with MV is very lacking in my opinion.

This was a bad one. Full of Rips and stolen stuff and if someone was making something like that it would easily cost years. I know what I'm talking about.

No because that set of icons contains ripped resources and that's not allowed here.

I memt something similar. Haveing a bunch of icons. I just want something better than the base icon set.

PotionDose, Linking to ripped resources is forbidden on this forum and can get you banned.

As a new user I won't ban you for this, but make sure that in the future, you always can give credit to links and don't post or link to illegal content.

You can either search this forum for free icons or (if you own any other maker) convert other iconsets by resizing in GIMP or Photoshop

Avery who responded in this topic has tons of icons in her thread (though you would have to reformat them, not hard, but can be time consuming if you need a lot), plus another post of hers has links to other legal and expansive sets. I have plenty in my MV thread, though you will need an Ace license to use a lot of them.

Avery also thinks her icons look ugly resized and has asked people not to.  She made a nice big list of alternative icons all in MV size in the MV Resources section.

When I said reformat, I meant paste the icons into 32 x 32 squares, not upscale, because I agree with Avery and honor her wishes.

Ooh, that's alright then.  Sorry, it seems like most of the forum is on a huge "upscale everything" craze so I've come to expect it.
