I am making original icons for the game i'm making, but I don't know the pixel size for the icons, or how to upload them into rpg maker in the first place. Can someone help?

Edit: This is the first Icon I made (albeit without shading). It is 100 * 100px.

Crop the default ones and you should have the exact dimensions

The default size is 32x32, if you want to change that you would need a plugin.
In the folder img/system you can find the file IconSet.png, that is how icons are loaded, with that particular name, all together.
The easiest way would be to just open the IconSet picture and replace the icons for your own.

Thank you, I actually don't know where to find a plugin for that tbh, and would Gimp be a recommendation for putting them in the same format.

GIMP or any other decent image editor is suitable for this.

As an aside, you don't need to replace existing icons. You can simply extend the iconset by adding additional rows at the bottom.

Yup GIMP would work. As for a plugin I think Yanfly's core lets you change the default size of the icons, I can't check it out right now but I'm fairly sure.

You don't need a plugin to change the size of icons, it's literally 2 line of code.

Find these lines insides rpg_windows.js:
Code:
Window_Base._iconWidth = 32;
Window_Base._iconHeight = 32;
As a side note, you cannot change the editor itself to use different sized icons because you can't modify the editor.

Should be able to release Haxe MV/MZ next weekend.
It look that somehow MZ tracks are messed up (for example battle4 is obviously a theme, castle2 is a ship, ship1 is a scene and so on..). Maybe they just named them after with some ambiguity.
is there a script call that return how much turn has passed in battle?
Does anyone find this hard to read?

Enjoying my weekend at home to stay Covid free. How is everyone else doing?
