Recently in August, もやししゃも (Moyashi Shamo), of http://whitecafe.sakura.ne.jp, closed his website.
I dug it up through web.archive and in his farewell message, he states that whoever downloaded his RPGMaker resources may still continue using them, and that for those who would like to keep them, to download them quickly.
Back in the day I would check his blog frequently as I adored his style and his RPGMaker XP game that was full of charm and it helped me a lot in learning RPG Maker, but mainly in learning pixel art.
I'll be keeping his resources here for anyone who needs them. The copyright page on his old webpage (and his last message) says they are free for use, both on free projects and commercial ones. Editing them is also allowed but redistributing them as your own isn't.
