I'd like the water tiles in the top left of the image below to be turned yellow basically. There's a town in my game that has a yellow river going through it. Any help would be greatly appreciatedOutside_A1.png

So, this didn't take long, and I'll be happy to adjust it (as I have the 'water' template for recolor adjusting saved.. but a little piece of advice?
Please specify in your requests.
"Yellow" is broad description in terms of colors and especially for water.
Neon Yellow? Muddy Yellow? Bright Yellow? True Yellow? Thick Yellow? How natural is this yellow river supposed to look? Golden Yellow? Maybe even post an example with your request. :)
Not trying to sound rude.. we are just a bunch of folks who enjoy helping and creating for the community, so the more information you have, the better. That way we don't feel like we have to do the same work more than once.

Anyway! Here's a "yellow river". Please let me know if you want it adjusted and how you'd want it adjusted. :)
No credit necessary. My general terms don't apply.
Enjoy!

I've another tile for reference. Could you make it as yellow as the reference please?

Could you also just do the 3 water tiles in the top left? And leave the ones below?

That's much more helpful. :)
This is pretty much as "yellow" as I can get it while still looking water-like. There is a bit of a visual challenge, I think, in that with that green grass surrounding the water kinda pulls the yellow to look more green than it is. Optical illusions.. color theory.. blah blah.
Does this work for you?

This could probably be an entire thread, but it’s really interesting how replaying a game several years later can change how you relate to a character. I think Tidus from FFX got such a bad rap. I getchu. Completely different reaction as an adult now.
As you see, I still enjoy writing tutorials. Is there anything specific you want to see? (I know mapping and editing/resource making is usually popular, but those are very broad topics)
Well, I wanted to expand player battlers visually and now have 3 sheets and counting for each of my players party.
1. Regular sheet
2. The character has turned stone sheet.
3. Using potions sheet.

Technically the main hero has 4 since he starts with a wooden sword, and I felt that the battler should reflect that until he gets a metal one.

Right back to the RM game dev grind in about 15 minutes. :LZSexcite:
Days ago I gave someone the sage advice not to steer away from your main project or take up another one to abandon the first. After figuring a way that would save me years of development, I am forced to redo a lot of stuff on my own turf, near to remake half of what I have already made.
Somewhere down the line I must have crossed paths with bad karma.
