I need some ideas for a sewer dungeon.
What kind if enemies are there in sewers?

This dungeon is part of story where the main character is escaping from prison.

Anacondas, alligators, and sewer cleaning personnel! Jokes aside, rats and slimes is what you're thinking about probably? Also troglodytes, freaky hobos, really ugly vampires, aannd... I dunno, blood-sucking worms maybe? Honestly I hate the stereotypical sewer dungeon, so Imma throw this at ya:

Make a sewer dungeon without enemies. Make it so there are only like, environmental hazards. Like, slippery spots where you can fall into the sewage, dangerous sluice gates, precarious bridges, collapsed corridors, etc, etc. For extra difficulty, have it so the prison guards are chasing ya!

As above, slimes, rats, monsters made out of trash? Mutated fish maybe.

All of the above been said so hmm what can be left. Criminals using it as travel spot/hideout? Classic "Hero" party clearing rats that mistake you for criminals and attack?:p

Or a hero party that mistakes you for a really big and ugly rat!

Or homeless people disconnected from the rest of society. Or some secret cult using the sewers as their base. As for monsters, others already mentioned the obvious ones. Anything creepy, slimy or nasty would do.

Well, besides the obvious, how about zombies? Corpses of homeless people reanimated by a vagrant who found a necromancy scroll.

actually, are there any JRPG type games (I guess turn based, so not ARPGs like say, Vagrant Story) where you have only one party member for the majority of the game? (I wonder if I'm forgetting something obvious.)
