Identification of tilesets?

I made a game, and I'm working on the credits right now, but my silly self didn't check the tilesets that I basically depended on for the entire creation of it and I have no idea who to credit with their creation. I've put the tilesets I used under here, so could someone please inform me as to who created them and if they are available to use for freeware games and what type of crediting I need to use?

Do note that these are VX tiles that were edited.  You therefore have to own VX if you want to use them.

I only own Ace Lite due to budget restrictions, and I assume that wouldn't be the same?

No you can't use tiles made from edits of VX.  VX is not the same as VXAce either the full or the light version.

What makes this tile set even more complicated is that there are edits of tiles by a wide range of other artists, and it is not specified which tiles come from where.  Without knowing the terms of the particular artist you don't know if they are restricted to VX either.  

Long story short, I think you cannot use any of these tiles.
