Identifying Resources

Hello,
So, I started using RPG Maker MV about half a year ago, and at the beginning had no idea about resources. With that being said, I took a tileset which was used in somebody else's project and used it for my own. Now, I want to do this properly, so I want to give credit to the creator or buy, if it's in some sort of DLC. The author of the project I took the resource from can't help me with it, unfortunately. So, could somebody please point me at the right creator/DLC? The offending tileset is below.

I searched google for this image, with no results. It's possible that the resources were made specifically for the project. You also shouldn't assume that the creator of the project would even be okay with you using the material. Just because the material exists doesn't mean that anyone can just go and use it, even with credit.
You're probably out of luck unless you can somehow get in contact the project's creator or if you can find somebody else who knows. I personally don't know where it's from!

It took me a while to figure it out, but I knew I'd seen those tiles before. They're part of the Essentials Set, which is sold in the store so you'll need to buy it to use them. Since it's a store resource and not meant to be posted, I'll remove your attachment.

@Aeonox: I asked the author of the project beforehand, and he said that I could use any resources from his project. I used two tilesets, one which he confirmed was completely his creation and the one I posted. It was just later that I wanted to know exactly where he got the second one from, but he simply couldn't pinpoint it.

Good thing you decided to check then, it's always safest to only use resources when you know where they came from.
