If owned can RM2003 graphics be used to create non-commercial/commercial games using RMMV?

As the title says, can RM2003 graphics be converted to MV and used to create either a non-commercial or commercial game using MV if a license is bought for 2003?

Some of the content in 2003 has just the right style for my project, which is why I want to figure out the rules of use in other RM engines.

@Leaufai please check the EULA of the RM2K3, there might be an additional step required for commercial use.
Due to their history of being massively pirated, the older makers have a few differences in the EULA compared to the newer makers, creating a difference between commercial and non-commercial use.
I know in the case of RM2K you need to register the copy to degica before commercial use is allowed (a simple email if I remember correctly, nothing difficult). I don't know if the same applies to RM2K3 or not.

Non-commercial there is no difference.
