IG Maker Issue :(

When i try to boot up the IG maker that i just bought....it says this.

EXCEPTIONAL ERROR

The type initializer for 'ACTKool.FlowPageControls.FlowchartControl' threw an exception.

The type initializer for 'av' threw an exception

 

And below that...

 

at ACTKool.FlowPageControls.FlowchartControl..ctor()

at ACTKool.FlowPageControls.FlowControl.c()

at ACTKool.FlowPageControls.FlowControl..ctor()

at ACTKool.FlowPageControl.a()

at ACTKool.MainForm.a()

...ok soooo....whats this mean, and what do i do? Could someone plz help me?

mmm ... I remember seeing this in the IG Maker forum (or the Tech Support forum). Check there - I think there were a few suggestions. I don't recall if the problem was resolved though.


What version of windows are you using, and what are your computer specs?

Its Windows 7

Intel Pentium

2.20 GH

64bit

4gb ram

Im trying a reinstall

....but theres no download....where am i supposed to down lode this update to fix the Maker i JUST BOUGHT?!

EDIT: Ok, i found it, but it said it failed....this really sucks....if this thing isint gonna work, id like to have money back.

Did you test the trial to see if it worked on your computer before purchasing it?

Thats another thing, i did download it just yeasterday to try it out first, but it didint give me the option to start the trial. I had a very long while back, downloaded it, but I had NEVER actually gotten around to installing it on my computer though....but i never thought this would happen.

And i did open a ticket....but i havent got the useual email they send saying its been acknowledged...so thats a little discouraging.
