Hello!!

I'm going to release a series of videos about musical theory, mostly harmony, BUT they are going to be in Spanish language. If with time, someone wants me to help me with the subtitles, will be welcomed.

Incoming videos will be added here!

New video, this time I'm going to talk about intervals but with historic context and some tuning and temper systems through history!

By the way... I used RPG Maker for the first part of the video.

I agree with the statement of Sir Théodore Dubois about rules and art. Your videos quality are very good, and seems like you have a lot of musical knowledge. Good luck with your music channel. :)

Hello! I just released a new video, this time talking about the music in ancient Egypt. Remember that the videos are in Spanish language, I'm so sorry but I don't have the time to translate all the video :/, and I tried once but stopped because I'm afraid to make grammar mistakes and I don't want more dislikes from the ones I already have.

Talking about those dislikes, is kind of demotivating to receive that when I have few views and I do a LOT of research to make these videos, so the information be accurate. I even disable the view of the likes and dislikes. I didn't even give my own opinion, what I say in the video is written in books and other sources that I put in the description box. Maybe I, who just upload these educational music videos to inform people about musical topics, have my own group of haters?? But still I would like to know if you people, if you have the chance of course, can give me suggestions about how to improve or if I'm doing something wrong? Maybe I deserve them!

Anyway, here is what I'm talking about in this video:
- Historical periods of ancient Egypt (briefly).
- How egyptians perceive music as a social need rather than a personal expression.
- Jobs or duties of egyptian musicians.

That's pretty much all. Thanks for your time!

The topic is super interesting but sadly I do not speak spanish (or not enough, at least) to watch your videos.

Do consider however that the dislikes you have could not be so much about the content and its validity but about pretty much anything else: the pacing, the presentation, whatever. It's really hard to tell from just a simple dislike...

The only advice I really have to give you is: do it for yourself, not for others, and don't bother yourself with those dislikes all that much. As a musician, growing a spine is going to be invaluable to you. I mean, I'm a music major myself, and scenes like this happened from time to time: the conductor stops the music and points at someone, highlighting why the bit they just played is wrong, and has them rehearse a few times in front of everybody, sometimes to the point of saying something along the lines of "You're making everyone lose their time, just go rehearse and be ready for next week". Life as an artist can be brutal and you have to be able to stomach and sort criticism, constructive or not, warranted or not. So, you know, do this for yourself, strive to find your flaws and iron them out, and don't mind those dislikes so much.

Also I'm sure you are super solid about your theory, music history and everything but if you ever want to discuss something, my door's open :)

Thank you! And of course you are right but is kind of difficult to not see those thumbs down. Still I'm doing a lot of music research for my own development and I hope someday this can help me do a master's degree or something like that.

I have seen those situations too, like "you are not worthy to be a music composer!", that was hard! It wasn't me by the way, was for another dude during his preparation to the final exam of the career.

I might want to discuss something in the future, so thank you and thanks for your words!

And your image display is really awesome!!!

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
