    i'm trying to change the image of my character when they change class like in the video, but it just isn't working. i inserted the commands into the note section and edited them, but it still isn't working. i typed the name of the files correctly too. here is what i typed:

    <0001 Face: squiremale>

    <0001 Character: squiremale>

    <0001 Battler: squiremalered>

    From looking at the video your notetags should be:

    <Class 1 Face: squiremale>
    <Class 1 Character: squiremale>
    <Class 1 Battler: squiremale>

    Either that or you can just insert the class names. Hope this works!:kaoswt2:

    Hmm, maybe try without the word 'class'.

    I would recommend changing the order of your plugins. On yanfly's website he says you should keep the plugins in relatively the same as he lists them on his MV plugins page. There could be an issue with another plugin.

    I suggest something like this order:
    YEP_Core
    YEP_Message
    YEP_Battle
    YEP_ClassChange
    YEP_Party
    and possibly having the rest underneath.

    i did that, and it STILL did nothing. not only that, but it also messed up my core engine plugin. it says my screen with is 1370X725, but its still the default size.

    Your screen resolution problem may lay with the Core engine messing with the Community plugin. You can use the core engine to set the resolution size, or move the community plugin higher than it.

    Did you make sure to change the notetags back to <Class 1: Face squiremale> etc..

    Hmm, that is odd. My last suggestion would be to turn off all other plugins to see if it's a problem with conflicting plugins. :\

    it didnt work. is my game broken or something? is there some sort of variable that was checked deep within my mv files that makes it so certain yanfly plugins dont work. and yes, i only ever have these problems with yanfly plugins. almost every other plugin works fine.

    Ah, wait there is one more thing. Do you normally play off of a continued file? If so, make sure to test it with 'new game' as sometimes adding in a new plugin can break old files.

    Do you have the notetag in the actor noteboxes? Also is the id for the class set to the right number?

    Where's your index number? It needs it for face and character.
