I'm trying to figure out how to download my purchases!

I ordered membership and a load of resources and I have a receipt!  They didn't show up in my e-mail.  So where are they?

I want a moderator to explain how this works.  Thank You for a quick response.

Forum store or site store?

If Site Store, go to your account page and your purchases should be listed, click the purchase code and you'll be directed to a page listing all the purchases for that certain purchase code with download links

If Forum Store, go to Client Area -> Purchases
