Is it better to scale the image (in a case of a background) down to the exact resolution of the game, or have it bigger and have the game scale it. Of course, scaling the image to the game resolution would be better if you play at that resolution, but the question is valid when you actually increase the game's box size (Example when you fullscreen).
When you increase the game's window size, will bigger images benefit from it, or will it just be the game's default resolution sized up to the current resolution?
