I have this folder in my DLC files called "Modern_Generator" and i'd like to know if there is a way to import it just to one project or do i have have to go to...steamapps->common->RPG Maker MV->Generator...and paste the contents of the file "Modern_Generator".

Or those it exist a way to just import it to one project ?

P.S: Here's a picture of what "Modern_generator" folder looks likescrenn.PNG

Yes, the character generator is part of the editor, not an individual project. Its resources are stored where you've stated: the Generator subfolder of your RPG Maker MV install folder. Make a backup of the Generator folder before copying in the new resources, just in case! :)

If you're using some kind of plugin that uses generator parts during play, you'll need to import them into your project folder instead, following the plugin's instructions.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
