Is there anyway to increase the volume of bgm in the game? it is set to max volume in the settings and the bgm event is set to 100% but the volume is still pretty low

Is this all BGM or a specific one? I find that the default volume for the included audio assets (given that my Windows volume is set so that system sounds and YouTube and such is at a comfortable level) is a bit loud.

If you're using Windows 10, while you're playing the game you can right-click on your volume control and open the mixer, make sure MZ/nwjs hasn't been turned down relative to the other things.

Aside from that, if you want it louder and you really don't want to just turn your computer's volume up, you could open the sound files in Audacity and boost the volume...but you might be blasting out your players.

I'm curious what other people say, which of us have a more typical experience (MZ is softer than MV, though. MZ is just a bit loud, MV I have to turn everything down to, like, 40% to be at the level of the rest of my system).

Overall, I find the audio to be quite loud.
The only time I've felt something wasn't loud enough is when using voice SE(Battle Voice MZ). The plugin allows volume levels above 100; and 150 is loud enough.

As far as what you were saying, @ATT_Turan, some people don't understand that Windows master volume level, and app volume levels may differ. Another issue is when they use a particular speaker and it has a volume knob, but the master volume is set too low.

@jedite1000 , you may want to set your BGM by script, or an audio plugin. The only issues I can think of when calling by script is when calling audio by event command may reset volume levels(such as map auto BGM, etc) as well as any options menu volume setting-- such as visustella options core.
Using plugin, such as: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/inde...l-audio-voice-acting-new-channels-etc.128741/ , you can separate sound channels to balance different audio. Im not sure as to how far past default level it can go.
If you only have issues with a few specific tracks, look to enhancing audio level through an external audio software such as: https://www.audacityteam.org/

Today is my Birthday, LOLOL!
I just hope I get to see the Mario movie while I'm in Fort Myers next week. I'm super hyped! Anyone else planning to see it when it comes out?
Brace yourself. We are approaching that time of the year again.
I once said, "I definitely want to be done with this project before my 40th birthday." At the time, I was about 50% done with the project.

With under 365 days to go now, I'm about ... 30% done.

What a sweet, innocent fool I was.
can anyone tell me how to edit my pfp it isn't obvious and I'm new here
