Yeah, this is what I'm interested in. The current system is too limited in my tastes, like in vanilla RPG Maker 2003, and that one at least allowed for the developer to use the Battle Animations 2 tab to make improved animations.

Basically, something like the Tankentai or Victor systems, but because the Yanfly Battle Engine lets you add action effects now, what I want is more something for while the characters are not attacking, like their default stances.

While a "Default stance" is a good idea, MV comes with the default walking animation thingy in side-view. Although it is possible to also make a start of battle animatiion with Yanfly Battle and Action Sequences 1, 2 and 3

That's the problem. It's still a limitation for 1-3 sprites for normal poses. But what if I want a longer pose? What am I supposed to do?

...though still, if you have a link to said 'battle intro' programming, please post it here.

The problem with anything like this is that it needs two independent parts that are rarely done by a single person: the art and the script.

Because you need to define the poses and their animations before you can script them in, and the script would be useless unless a new battlesheet would exist to be displayed.

That means that an artist needs to work together with a scripter to provide some basics before others even start to use the system.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
