I have made my first ever game and would like to get people's feedback on it.

SYNOPSIS:
Elliot and his friends have received a letter from an old man who wants them to retrieve an old family heirloom from atop a devilish tower. Fight your way through several floors as you make your way to the top of the building!

CHARACTERS:
Elliot Winston:
Elliot.png
Elliot is a kind and mature young man. He is very loyal to his friends and family, and always tries to make sure everyone is doing well. He can be a bit nitpicky about things, especially when it comes to people not doing their jobs. He is also easily annoyed, such as when he finds his father not doing his job, and Elliot has to pick up the slack.
Sophie Grall:
Sophie.png
Sophie is a sweet and caring young girl. She always wants to do her best to make sure all her friends and family are healthy. She has a very calm deminer, making her difficult to be significantly angered. She also be reprimanding at times, much like a mother when their child or spouse does something bad.
Celestia (Celeste) Res:
Celeste.png
Celeste is an energetic young girl. She is very passionate about becoming a Mage. She loves reading and researching history. She can also be very childish sometimes, both in the form of playing pranks on her friends and getting fussy over certain things, which sometimes causes her to have a rather short fuse.
Fina McCloud:
Fina.png
Fina is a tough and hard-headed young woman. She thinks rationally in most situations and tries to think up workable plans that lead down the safest route. However, she can also be very stubborn at times, usually focusing on one ideal and sticking with it, no matter what others say.

FEATURES:
  • Classic ATB Combat system that is reminiscent of the early Final Fantasy games, such as Final Fantasy VII.
  • 5 Thrilling and challenging (hopefully) boss battles. 4 main bosses, and 1 secret boss.
  • Party Member interactions. Buy gifts for the girls and raise your relationship with them. There may be a special reward in it for you if you manage to max them out.

NOTICE:
This is my first ever game, so please note that there may be some bugs that I am not aware of. That's why I am posting it in this forum thread.
Please let me know your thoughts on the game as well as any bugs you might find.

I like the cartoon and bust on the images so far looks good and cute.
specially the first 4 images =)

I'm going to test it out to see what I can find.

EDIT:
I test it, but there is some major passability issue which makes it way
to easy.

here, all mirrors are passable to go on the edge, so you can easy go through the map.

on the top of this wall, chests can be opend (avoid it)

you can also go through the other rooms on top of the wall, keys you get
are than not needed, even the light the orb is not needed, and you can go up
to the next room if you go down at the stairs to transfer up.

which is also walkable from there.

double check the tileset settings to make sure things arent walkable.
(I didn't really check the story so far) but see how the game is made.

battles are OK, but I dont pay attention on that part, more the mapping
parts and passability issues.

mapping looks good, as I got the first check point done.
but while I quit there (as you cannot save which is ok), going through
the top of the wall is to easy, even I can redo the run by going on the ground.

battles are also started on the top of the wall, so you need some checks here,
and a condition on the chest to make sure it can only activated on the ground.

I do love the characetr switch by pressing E button, so there are rooms for
improvements.

but so far I checked, it looks really good.

Ah yes. I was aware of this issue, and I was going to fix it later after I discovered it......... but it looks like I forgot.

If that's the only major issue you see so far, I'll go ahead and patch it.

I have created a fixed version of the game.
You should be able to transfer your save file to this fixed version if you wanna keep your progress.

I wasn't that far and 1 checkpoint wasn't fully compleeted, so it might
not be saved yet. so I dont might redo the run anyway =)

as it was more as a bit speed running than true run experience :)
as it has a bunch of spells and magic from the start, I need to see
what does what, so no worries.

will retry it tomorrow somewhere when times allow it.
and report anything I find.

Like a star that is balanced between the forces of gravity and outward pressure, I feel like the energy to produce that outward pressure is weakening. I feel like I should pull a Stardew Valley and revert to a more primitive lifestyle, away from others. :(
made more sprite for the Time passing game that I may or may not actually make. At least now I have a better idea how to make Rtp Walk sprites actually look wrinkly and old, since the Generator doesn't do that.
