RMMV Invert the screen from a "skills" attack.

I'm looking for a plugin that would invert the screen, there's an ability where you freeze time for 3 turns (enemies get paralyzed), and I want the screen to turn inverted to give it that feel.

I don't know if I need a plugin for this, or if it's an option. But everytime I searched up "invert," I only get how to flip the screen.

Here's what I mean by inverted:

that is blend mode, not inversion.
there are a few cases where the engine can change the blend mode (mainly the cell properties of animations), but for most cases there are no default options for that.

but you might have better chances looking for a plugin to modify blend mode of pictures instead of inverting pictures...

I am not sure if this is for sv battle or on map usage
( i asume sv batte)
But cant you just change the Char image depending on "if state is affected"..?
( and build char Images that look the same way like what you showed)

Incase you only want the effect to happen for enemy char img, it should be possible to do that with script usage,but i am not sure how..

I want it to change the whole screen, then change back once a certain amount of turns have passed.

I understand, it's something like quicksilver in Devil May Cry 3.

To give the illusion of time freezing, you can change the battleback and enemy graphic to its negative (inverted as you say it) version.

For changing battleback, try this plugin:

For changing enemy graphics during that time freeze, I don't know exactly how to do that.
