Iris blur effect?

Hello,
Sorry if this is a duplicate, I searched for any duplicates and couldn't find any.

Are there any plugins/could someone make one for an iris blur effect? (For MV)
Here is what the map looks like normally-

While it's not exactly Iris Blur, you could try using https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/inde...ontroller-fancy-screen-effects-by-pixi.90368/ with a weak ZoomBlur.

EDIT: Tried out the plugin, here's a similarish setup to your screenie in case you go with it:
◆Plugin Command：createFilter zb#1 zoomblur 0 -1
◆Plugin Command：setFilter zb#1 0 0 150 0.03
