I don't have the extra cash to shill out on plugins. Basically, I just need some sort of plugin that will let me tweak Element Rates and the Skills an actor has access to if they have this class. Anybody have anything?

I'm still new to all of this but are those not built in functions already? In the traits screen of class you can add skills. And in almost any other screen you can make elements with a %..?

I could be wrong though

skills is just adding the skills to the class tab in database. this is the standard method for learning skills as you level up.
can also add skills through the traits sections of actors, weapons, armors, states.
just need to make sure you also have the "skill type" through traits (usually matching a skill type to a class)

element rates only thing you cant do without plugins is changing damage into healing since minimum rate is 0% (immune) when would require negative rate to change damage into healing.
however yanfly's "free starter pack" does have element core plugin which can do this

I specifically need a subclass plugin. I plan to use the game I'm currently working on as a template for other ones, and I don't want to have to add and re-add traits/skills for every new character. It would be very tedious, which is the exact reason I'm attempting to find a free subclass plugin in the first place.

There are calls from the Japanese community for similar plugins, so we plan to create one soon.
However, I want you to clarify the specifications for that purpose.
Taking an existing game as an example, implementation is quick.

I'm currently unaware as to existing games with what I have in mind, so I'll just describe my own.

In my games, I plan on having affinities for different elements.

For example, if you had the Fire affinity, you would gain access to various fire related skills, as well has 50% Element Rate for the Fire element, and 200% Element Rate for the Water element.

It would be incredibly tedious to do this for each and every actor I create, so I'm wondering if a plugin is available.

I always told my DA fans how much I hate slot machines. They're fine in games as a risk-and-reward system. But when you're spending REAL MONEY in a Vegas casino to try and hit the jackpot (which very, very few people will), it can really hurt your budget. Gambling is a bad habit, and I don't like wasting my money on a slim chance. Go to Vegas for the experience, not the jackpot.
Took the kids to a corn maze. They gave us a map and had lights at certain points in the maze. Not overwhelming... or underwhelming... just... whelming.
Okay, vacuuming fruit flies out of the air is surprisingly effective.
Finally finished my menu redesign after like a month of coding! I hate designing menus... Good news though - I thought of a complete redesign for it now, so yay...
Still no scam calls all day... also I got a quick gig designing a mascot drawing for a small business, so I might actually make some green of my own after all. That would be a perfect job for me, since I love art and digital design.
