is it possible to make "keys" to unlock certain responses and branching paths?

Like in Raging Loop, sometimes you have to go one path, then die,(and by it getting a key to unlock other possible options back in the path before it branched). I wonder if this is possible to do in VN maker?

And another thing(do I'm sure this one isn't) is the option to actually visualize the story path much like Raging loop too.

anyways I'm curious. please let me know!

This should be possible with a persistent switch that will remember that the player has gone through *that* one path and just add a condition to only show the new option if the switch is ON.

This is my battler placeholder image trying out art styles too I want to fake a backview battle system
I think I will want portraits and battle sprites to be 2D and stick to pixel art for overworld not 100%sure but pretty sure its easier to make pixel art for overworld sprites, events and maps and stuff.
