Is it possible to modify my title screen midway through the game?

Hey everyone, I've had some trouble recently while creating a mod for one of my favorite games- *coff* *coff* check my profile picture *coff* *coff* And It seems that I can't modify my title screen at all after showing it at the start of the game.
If any of you guys know a script, or better yet. a way to do it without scripts in RMXP It would be much appreciated ^^
