So I don't know any plugins that does this. Most I see are showing an image AFTER the skill has been activated or during the skill. But I want is an image to show on the screen when I'm hovering over the said skill. Are there plugins or ways to do that?
Here's an example (image from Yanfly's video and the ice from the internet)
Now, I'm selecting the first Ice skill. I haven't clicked or activated it yet. I'm just HOVERING on it.
But I want to use other skills. So I go to another skill which is Ice II and the image changes. I want something like this. Are there plugins or anything that can do this? Thanks for the help everyone!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
