I just want to have the show text/message window pop-up, while the game is paused.
So for instance, I'd press ESC and it'd bring up the normal pause menu, but it would also trigger the show text command and would display it as per usual, all the while the player is still navigating the menu.
I know it's an entirely different scene and usually events don't work while paused. Can I get around this with a plugin or something?

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
