Hey everyone,
I think it's the correct forum section, but if it's not please move it to the correct one, I noticed some other PC questions so I thought it won't hurt to ask. Anyway, been running ''can I run it'' recently looking for games to play and eh, it's as if my PC cannot run anything supposedly. I always meet all the requirements, but eh even though my card is supposedly ''good enough'' it is marked as an outdated one.
Could it have to do something with the fact that it's a laptop?
Anyway, running an Nvidia Geforce 610M 2GB one and even when games say that the minimal requirement is a 512 mb one it says that it's too weak, which confuses me greatly. Nothing illegal, black market or pirated, all licensed and secure so that shouldn't be a problem. I run Far Cry 3 on high with a good framerate, but then some games just don't work... Assasin's Creed Black Flag (wanted to see what everyone's raving about) didn't work on the lowest settings.
I don't want to buy games to just find out that I ''cannot run it'' as I run into that problem a couple of times already.
I'd be really thankful for any tips on what could be the problem.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
