Hello everyone!


I'm new here! :3


Obviously.


One thing I currently need help with is understanding how this site works. XD


What are things you can post on here, etc. and what do people normally use this site for?


Hopefully I'll have fun here and get to know you nice people.


Maybe I'll even start doing static battler requests, but I don't know if I'm allowed to do that or not or how that would even work.


I've already read the forum rules in case you were wondering.

Hello and welcome.


Doing request is allowed,obviously.Instead of doing static battlers,try doing animated ones! They are pretty much a thousand times better than static ones.

I'd love to but unfortunately I tend to lose interest in what I'm working on quite easily and animation is like drawing around the same image multiple times, it's a lot of work!


I may add that to my list of things people can suggest I do, but I'm just worried that animated battler requests will never get finished by me.  :

In addition to the main forum rules each section of the forums will have a pinned post with rules specific to that section in particular, just be sure to read over them if you are thinking of posting in that section and you should be fine.

Cadh20000 is right, the forum rules (a big tab for it up at the top) and the section rules are great places to start. A large part of what goes on here is getting help and support when making projects, whether it's engine questions or resource help. It's a great community, most are nice and want to help. Welcome!

I do have a few other questions such as what does PM mean (I'm guessing it means personal message or something) and how do you PM someone? <--I found that out myself in the end.


And how do you change the text that's under your display name?

Also, apparently I don't need moderators to approve my posts after I've made two, however I made this post (Is New Here) and it shows that I have made 0 posts for some reason. Is that normal?
