Is possible copy/paste and share my commercial game?

Hi. I'm going to put my game on steam soon, but a question just jumped on me. I have deployed my game and asked myself: ok, a person buys the game, receives all the files and folders of my game (encrypted resources) and decides to copy the game folder and upload it to the internet or pass it on to a friend. As simple as copying and pasting the files.
I have no idea how the files will look when I post them to steam (it's my first time) but right now anyone who gives the game can copy and give it to someone else who hasn't bought it.

I don't care about piracy, what I don't care is that even a 5-year-old child could pass illegal copies of my game, just copying and pasting files.

I do not know very well where to put this topic, I apologize if I have made a mistake and also if my question is bull****. I am very excited about the release of my game and this now has me baffled! Thank you!

If you were distributing a standalone program, and had no DRM, someone could just share your installer with their friends and they would be able to install and run your game (and share it with others as well). But if you have DRM, anyone they gave it to would need to use the same key to activate it on their computer, and in the case of Steam, this means they'd need to be logged into the same account on multiple computers, which Steam doesn't allow.

To pirate it, they would need to remove your DRM or upload to steam under their own account (which includes paying any advance fees). It still happens, but I wouldn't lose sleep over it unless you SEE it happen.

Hello Shaz, thank you very much for answering me and helping me. You always help people and it is appreciated. I have one more question. Is the DRM you mention applied automatically if I sell my game on Steam? Or I have to do something before I post it to Steam? Thanks again Shaz!

Edit: I read this https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features/drm but i dont understand where i have to add this.

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
