Is the correct RTP for this Engine now available or does the downloadlink still points to the wrong RTP?

I think you misread what was said here:

Check the second edit of the second answer - it was the steam version of the RTP, NOT the standalone version from here, that caused the problems

The updated patch update for the RTP to be included came in yesterday, on Steam.  It is still buggy with other issues though....
