RMMV Is there a plugin to give the edges a blur effect?

Hello good afternoon. I would like to know if there is any plugin or way to make a blur effect on the sides of the screen in the same style as octopath traveler. I already know that there are plugins to make filters, but I can't find anything that only affects the edges and is responsive in case the user resizes the screen.

That pic- is that SGB transported into unity? Or rpg maker mv 3d? Either way I am looking for the same thing, so bump. I have found https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/inde...ur-pictures-layer-for-space-navigation.68943/. Perhaps if you blur a transparent picture, it will also blur what's behind it? I have yet to try.
