Is there a plugin to play multiplayer on a cell phone?

I've been researching a lot online looking for some way to play the game I'm doing with my friends but without using the PC, playing on the mobile but I have not found anything yet and wanted to know if there is a plugin or any way to do it using the internet or bluetooth and if there is one if it is not too much trouble I would like to be told what it is like.
