Is there a Tool for MV to generate Fullsizepictures of Characters ?

I am searching a tool for RPG-Maker-MV to get the Fullsizepictures of Characters like in the first image here:


^This I am unable to generate matching to the all others:

there is no such tool - battlers like there are usually made by artists following a reference.

Is there a software, which those artist are using ?
I have DAZ3D and the results of this software are too realistic for RPG
and to draw the whole picture with photoshop I have done too, but I am searching for any earier way.

in most cases those artists are using photoshop.

however I know that DAZ Studio has an anime render engine where the pictures are rendered in anime style instead of in realistic style, you could try that.
