Is there a tutoral for HTML for RPG Maker MV?

I could have sworn it was mentioned you could export the game into an html format. Mainly I'm wanting to test of I can run that page on a localhost server. Cause I already know how to use Localtunnel. (To make it available for others.)

You need no tutorials for it or anything. An mv game is essentially index.html with javascripts, just like any other html site out there. Meaning it's completely meaningless to deal with localhost server, since you can just launch the index.html in a browser.
The difference between a PC/Linux/Mac build and a mere html5 build is, in the former the browser is already provided - nw.js. In the latter the player plays the game in their own browser. Other than that there are no real differences.

Figured out what I needed to do. It was more figuring out whether I could link to that webpage from the game:
