Is there a way to make speaking animations for overworld sprites?

I want to be able to make overworld sprites animated when they are speaking. There is a plugin for faces in the text box, but I am not too sure how to make the overworld sprite animated in this way (specifically making the animation stop at the end of the text code instead of continuing)

How would I be able to achieve something like this in RPG Maker MV?

Copy spritesheets of actors and in photoshop (or gimp or anything else graphic software) edit sprite like this (example)

then use selfswitches to turn between speaking sheet and default sheet

But how would I be able to make this animation occur during text and only when text is going? (When the text stops the character would still be talking - unless there is a text code to stop the animatioin)

I made an edit to my post, but take a look here:
Editor:
https://prnt.sc/uuxhys / https://prnt.sc/uuxi72

ingame result:
This works great! The only issue is that I would like to stop the animation once the text is finished rather than stopping the animation once I click enter. I assume this would be achievable if I could turn off Self Switch A as a text code. Don't know if that is possible.

No, unforutunate my way has that flaw, that stepping animation will loop even when message is displayed and neither script call nor editing movement route will fix that. That's because all commands in event are queued - next action won't perform, until previous is complete. I'm not sure, but MogHunter has a plugin that solves that, but it's only my guess.

Yes, you can:
Code:
var params = [this._mapId, this._eventId, "A"]; //or "B", or "C", or "D"
$gameSelfSwitches.setValue(params, true/false);
Sorry, I don't know much about scripting. How would I implement this into a text code?

Check edit of my post, because I missunderstood you.
As I said, MogHunter has something similar:

just adopt sprites as I told you and should be good (if not sprites themselves then custom graphics provided with plugin)

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
