Is there any good beginner to advanced tutorials for RGSS3 out there?

I want to learn RGSS3. I have dabbled in C, C#, ActionScript, BASIC, Ruby. But I never really got past logic structuring in any of those. My ultimate life goal is to become a Video Game Programmer and figure that RGSS3 would be an okay place to start. Plus I want to be able to rely on my self for my RPG Maker game systems.

So I was wondering if there were any good tutorials out there that start from beginner and go all the way to advanced.

Ruby... just practice more on your ruby... there's no actual RGSS3 tutorial so you gotta use the Ruby tutorials

What do you mean by "logic structuring"? Like, you couldn't write anything that actually worked?

I never said that Ruby == RGSS or something...

Learning Ruby will help you understand RGSS since it's just an "implementation" of Ruby... since there is no actual RGSS book or manual, the best you can get is a Ruby manual... after that, it's practice or reading RGSS scripts...

There's no real tutorials for ruby that focus on game development and as far as I can tell there is no compiler for it either.

Logic structuring as in using Ifs, Elses, Ors, Ands, that sort of stuff. I got up to that, I made stuff that worked, but not implementing classes and stuff like that. A basic text arena RPG is the best i made which was really a glorified calculator.

That's because Ruby is an interpreted language. You don't need to compile any code (unless you're building ruby).

I'm not sure what kind of tutorials you are looking for when it comes to "programming for game development".

I'm sure such a thing exists, where the content is largely driven by game design concepts as opposed to, say, generic automobile examples or quacking ducks.

There are many Ruby IDE's available that come with a console, such as JRuby, RDE, rubymine, etc.

You can also use irb if you just want command-line. Sublime is also an option.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such?
