Hiya, general FYI for everyone. When we have questions about resources we don't know the terms to, it's always safest to leave the direct link back (as you did) but without re posting the actual resource into the thread.

I don't know why you suspected it could possibly be a rip, but that's another reason to not duplicate a resource via re posting it. The best habit for everyone is to simply link to the source we are referencing.

When something is not the original source, many members of the forum are pretty skilled at recovering originals and the fewer duplicates we make, the better it is for preserving the author's terms.
