I don't think this is an RM game and I'm not sure if the creator is profiting from it.

They are using Mack tiles, but also using RTP graphics and portraits from VX.  In that regard, very illegal especially since it's on an engine that isn't RM.  I'd report that to support.

And in the comments some guy is applauding him for not using Rpg Maker Assets.

He also claims that everything is custom made, but these cliffs, belong to someone else (I can't find it at the moment, sorry). I'd surprised if he doesn't violate the terms of use in some way.

Hell I can get that one taken down.

Devs should send Unity3d a DMCA and request every cent he made to be handed to you and if not to ask for his information to take legal action. 

One thing using tilesets in another game engine. But he is full out selling RPG Maker tilesets....
