Issue handling event movement

Hello everyone! I've been trying to make something work but seems like I still need to learn a lot about this... let's see if you can help me out a bit!

My character starts in a crossroad with people and cars in it as events. The problem comes with what I'm trying to do with the cars, I'll explain:

I want Car A to move from left to right until it hits the end of the map, then teleport to the bottom road and move up to the crosswalk and stops there for ever and ever. I've managed to make all work up until the last point... I think the problem comes because I have it in "Parallel Process" (I want the character to be able to move while the cars are moving as well). However I'm unable to completely stop the cars movement without making it disappear, I've tried "Exit Event Processing" but it didn't work...

Any suggestions? I'm completely new at this so I must be missing out something for sure, but can't find what it is >.<

make it have another page that uses self-switch, then at the end of the move route set selfswitch to on

I think the problem comes because I have it in "Parallel Process" (I want the character to be able to move while the cars are moving as well).
Depending on what exactly you want to do, it might be easier to use "autonomous movement" instead of "parallel process with move route command".
The autonomous movement is to the right of the graphic part, usually set to "fixed" (= no movement), you can change it to "custom" to enter your move route.


If you want to change an event's behaviour, you need to use switches or variables in the conditions to allow for multiple event pages, one page for each different behaviour.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
