Issue with enemy having an unwanted animation in frontview

Hey all, I'm having an issue with an enemy having an unwanted animation that's way too loud that I just can't seem to disable.
I've disabled all of my plugins and lowered pretty much ALL of the battle sound effects in the system tab of the database, but this certain animation/sound isn't in the list. I've also tried changing the certain animation of the skill that the enemy uses but that doesn't seem to do anything as they ignore it. If someone could help me out here and tell me what to disable I'd be extremely grateful. Thanks:)

Have you started a new game after disabling the Plugins?
Part of the Plugins is stored into the savefiles, so you can "reactivate" them by loading a saved game.

well, i'm not really hopping into a new game, i'm just testing it via the "troops" tab in the database.

then try if the same effect happens with a real game test.
The troop test disables part of the code when calling the project, and it has been found that with some combinations of plugins that doesn't work, causing different and sometimes strange bugs.
