Hey all. I'm really digging Yanfly's Message Core plugin. Being able to skip dialogue is great, but when there are events based on timing where messages are concluded by the game instead of by the player, with the Message Core plugin, you can skip these. That means you're prematurely ending the messages, thus throwing off the entire event when the timing of the event is dependent on the messages being shown for a specific amount of time.
To use this in my game example: I have three friends walking from one end of a city map to another. While they walk, the game shows dialogue that the player cannot manually cycle through. This is done to time the scene so by the time everything goes through, the party has reached the person they need to talk with. With Message Core and holding Page Down, the messages cycle through quickly, and the dialogue for the person the party needs to talk to happens prematurely, completely ruining the scene.
My question is that can the key for speeding through dialogue currently be turned off and on at different occasions to prevent episodes like this, or is it just required to have no key allow the player to fast forward through dialogue?
