Hi i was just wondering at the bottom of this home page there is a link to japanese rpg maker website and i would like to know if i purchase resource pack from there like music pack

can i still be able to use it for commercial use?

I see, but how come the resource pack English version is totally different from japanese version like "Audiostock RPG Music Pack Vol. 1" same pack but all songs different
