Japanese Wolf Games won't start?

I always have this error though I'm using Locale Emulator. I've even tried to change the system locale to japanese but in this case even this step don't help.

Try rename the folder with UTF8 characters (that's mean remove that gibberish and use normal types alone).
And move it to C: folder instead of using your desktop.

Have you tried installing the Japanese language pack? That might fix the issues.
