JS scripting to enable YEP ATB battle system to work with Fallen Angel Olivia's Side Battle UI?

So Olivia has this nice UI that I really like, how ever, it isn't compatible with the YEP ATB battle system, this is due to the different systems overwriting each other.

Does any one know how to edit Olivia's Side Battle Status UI so YEP ATB will become compatabe with it or even add an ATB function to it?
