The screenshots alone are threatening to destroy my sides. I'll give this a quick DL and get back with you.

I played it, and... well, can't really add anything to what others said. It's a solid and fun game.

Thanks very much for feedback and support, guys. I am really happy the game is proving to be funny and manages to crack up so many people. :)

Btw, Labyrinthine, I was planning on trying your game out tonight. Will post some feedback when I do.

Hey Matseb, thought I would stop by and let you and your followers know that I'll be streaming Just Face It! again tonight at 10:00PM CST! I know you can't typically make it but just a head up. And of course the stream will be --> here.

Thanks Drassray. Glad you're still enjoying the game. Looks like I forgot to provide a recover all function just before the fight in that chase scene chapter. Whoops.

In regard to the transfer between maps being instantaneous, I simply select the 'None' option under the 'Fade' drop down when doing the transfer function.

Thanks Drassay for posting that play along.

And Matseb?  If this is your very first or warm-up game, it is a REALLY well made and really good use of RPGMaker and the way you focus on a simple theme that makes everything funny is great.  I particularly didn't yet started to do the cut-scenes in general and dialogs while there is a battle going on.

But when you learned it and how you used it, it punctuated the game very well.

I don't know what you might have next in reserve or will focus on, but if you keep the focused formula a bit it might almost work forever, but indeed from a main focused story you can do multiple add-ons and expand on any games you like outside your focus point.  :)

Thanks Marquise. This was actually a small side-project of mine. Usually I tend to make longer, more epic games, in particular in the sci-fi setting (you can see them all in my signature). But this was something slightly different that I wanted to try out, something much more light-hearted than my usual projects. I am glad to hear you enjoyed it and that it looked well-polished. :)

You mean my avatar? :p

And yeah, this one is my current/most recent project that I'm working on: Incitement 3, which is a third in the series. I have the 1-hour demo already out.

If you're into something more light-hearted, you might enjoy this one: Central Impulse

Montréal!  My lab actually. XD

She's my prototype in training.  I likes when she reset for a quarter of second.  :D

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
