So, I recently entered a conundrum where I was stuck with no bars (HP, MP, TP), so, I'm wondering, is there any scripts where its just numbers?

EX: HP: 13/100

Kinda like the example above.
If there is, I BEG of you to send it to me
thanks.

I've moved this thread to Script Requests. Thank you.

draw_actor_hp, mp and tp by default have four lines: draw gauge, change color, draw "HP", and draw the numbers.

Here's a snippet that removes the draw_gauge part.

Code:
class Window_Base
def draw_actor_hp(actor, x, y, width = 124)
  change_color(system_color)
  draw_text(x, y, 30, line_height, Vocab::hp_a)
  draw_current_and_max_values(x, y, width, actor.hp, actor.mhp,
   hp_color(actor), normal_color)
end

def draw_actor_mp(actor, x, y, width = 124)
  change_color(system_color)
  draw_text(x, y, 30, line_height, Vocab::mp_a)
  draw_current_and_max_values(x, y, width, actor.mp, actor.mmp,
   mp_color(actor), normal_color)
end

def draw_actor_tp(actor, x, y, width = 124)
  change_color(system_color)
  draw_text(x, y, 30, line_height, Vocab::tp_a)
  change_color(tp_color(actor))
  draw_text(x + width - 42, y, 42, line_height, actor.tp.to_i, 2)
end
end

I tried replacing the gauges with these, and I tried putting them in a separate script, but it didnt work

Thanks for trying, though

It's been that long since I wrote a plugin, it took me 4 attempts to realize it's != rather than #. In a 40-line plugin, 20 of those lines being documentation!

workin on some graphics for my game. was originally planning on doing a cartoony style for the town but I might stick with this instead
I'm so annoyed with myself...I can't get this code to work so it looks like I'm going the plugin route for a problem I should be able to do myself :kaolivid:Great. Now I get to murder save file compatibility. Again.
